    Frequently asked questions

    Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes, in the subscription settings of your Apple ID or in Google Play. The settings in Newsy take you there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your plan stays active until then.

    How do I pay?

    In the Newsy app for iOS or Android, through the App Store or Google Play. Plans cannot be bought on the web. A plan bought in the app also applies on the web.

    What happens to my topics if I switch to a smaller plan?

    Topics above the limit are paused, not deleted. You choose which ones stay active.

    Does my plan work in the app too?

    Yes. Your plan applies to your account on every device, on the web and in the apps.

    I have been using Newsy for a while. What changes for me?

    Hardly anything. Accounts that existed before the plans launched get the free First Supporters plan with three topics, daily or weekly delivery and one on-demand briefing a day.
